Argento/Graham is teaming up with commissioning agents at Altura Associates to provide a full suite of sustainability services for The Avery, an entire city block within a massive redevelopment plan for the Transbay Transit Center near the Financial District in San Francisco. The mixed-use development will be anchored by a 550-foot residential tower designed by Rem Koolhaas. The dense urban environment combined with ground level retail and pathways will help activate the project at the street level, fostering a vibrant atmosphere.
