Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, America Center phase 2 is comprised of  two core and shell speculative class “A” commercial office buildings and an amenities facility. The owner has set a goal of LEED Gold certification as part of its tenant recruitment strategy, recognizing that a healthy, sustainable workplace is considered a desirable amenity for its target occupants, much like a fitness center or cafeteria. Argento/Graham is working with the owner and design team to select strategies that will optimize the project’s sustainability while adding the most value for future tenants.
