Clarion Partners + LEED Volume Program

Empty warehouse with yellow pillars

Clarion Partners continues to earn LEED Certifications for new warehouse and logistics facility projects at a rapid pace using the LEED Volume Program developed in partnership with Argento/Graham.

Under the Volume program, Clarion will achieve LEED certification for development projects in a more efficient and cost-effective manner as compared to pursuing certification of individual buildings under the conventional LEED program. This offers expedited opportunities for Clarion to deliver Class A, modern logistics facilities that meet their own corporate sustainability goals and those of their tenants. Two new logistics facilities in Moreno and South Bay were recently awarded LEED certification with over 125 additional projects in the LEED Volume pipeline.
